When Radical History Tour was released in 1994, J and his friends had no idea how popular they would become. 15 years later, ApologetiX is one of the most well-known independent bands in Christian music, with thousands of fans all over the globe, as far away as Australia and New Zealand. Although the lineup has changed over the past several years, the band's mission remains the same: Spread the word of God through parodies of some of the most popular songs, and the band shows no sign of stopping anytime soon. With a tour schedule that keeps them on the road most of the year, they still find time to spend with their families and record new music. Since 1997, they have released one CD almost every year. The concerts truely show the band's impact. The crowd is as diverse as the music, with fans ranging from 10-year-olds to 50-something adults. As seasoned fans travel hundreds of miles to see the band in concert, the band gains new fans at each show. Whether you're a longtime fan or are just discovering the magic of a good parody, one thing is true: once you're a fan, you're a fan for life.
