Wow. Someone's been busy...

I am working on cleaning up after the spammers...

I am really going after Daniel Craig. I deleted his account (and all posts and PMs he made), banned him through this site and through my site's control panel (which should prevent him from even getting here to see that he's banned), took a couple screenshots of one of his posts (for evidence) and reported him to his ISP (so he'll be lucky if he even has internet access after this... ;)).

I have also deleted several other spam accounts and am cleaning up the shoutbox. Unfortunately there's no way to select individual shouts and delete a whole bunch at once, so I have to go through the database to do that.

I don't know why this site has become such a target for spammers, but am trying to find ways to prevent it. I'm sure if I can just send a mesage that spam won't be tolerated, they'll go away and leave me alone.

Just continue to enjoy the site as you always have and report any spam. I will deal with the spam as quickly as I can.

Database cleanup complete :)

Deleted all shouts by Daniel Craig and bigfatjugs
Deleted PMs sent by Daniel Craig (he only sent two messages, but the two messages were sent to a combined total 536 members)
Recounted totals to prevent the forum from thinking you have more PMs than you actually do

Let me know if I missed anything...

And yes spammers are a current problem for a ton of messageboards not just this one. Sad yes, Annoying yes, easily taken care of? Sometimes
